Default Miller 251 power question...

Well, it looks like I'm likely to get 3-phase power pretty soon. I'll be
switching the garage over to it so I can run my 'new' 15hp 3-phase
compressor. I've got a Millermatic 251, but the manual doesn't say
anything about 3-phase. It only shows how to change the staple between
200 and 230 volts. Is there a way I can run it on 3-phase power?

Yes. Use only 2 of the pins on a three phase plug (plus the green
ground)

Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional,
illogical liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an
unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the
proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Thanks, I thought that might be the case, but since I've never really
worked with 3-phase before (other than with a VFD) I figured it would be a
good idea to double-check.

Thanks again.
Todd

P.S. I'm still not quite where I need to be to finish building the hammer,
but when I am, I will send you the plans.
